How We Do It

Step 1. Contact us via phone or e-mail to schedule a consultation.

Step 2. Initial Consultation – We will provide a one hour initial consultation anywhere in San Diego County. There is no charge for our first meeting. We ask that all adult family members be present for this meeting. I will bring a complete package of information to your project site and discuss with you all options available, considering all site and budget restrictions.

At this time, it is best to inform us of your budget for the project, as well as any time line restrictions. A written proposal / contract will be presented to you as well as a project start date. A ten percent deposit and signature on the contract will establish your project start date. A consultation fee for any additional visits prior to contract signing may be required.

Step 3. Construction Day – We will start work at approximately 8 am.
Depending on the scale of your project, rocks may be delivered at this time. All materials will be carefully relocated to the waterscape site and construction begins. Your waterscape may be completed in as little as one day!

Step 4. Completion – Upon completion, we will give you a hands-on lesson in the maintenance of your new waterscape. We will make sure you understand the basics in waterscaping, and we will be available to answer questions after the installation.

While we don't encourage customers to get involved, we do understand that some people are born to work in the dirt. Just be sure to wear your work boots. During the estimate we will talk in depth about all aspects of your new water feature. We will make every effort to understand your needs... "Looks like someone needs a time out."
